A crested wave triangular pendant, beautifully curved on two edges, the other lightly notched. Scored with an intricate matrix and lightly stippled/pitted, then scuffed to add texture and given a slight convex curve. Medium oxidised, part rubbed back and brought to a high shine. Sensuous, refined and poetic. Hung on an 18 inch belcher chain. 25mm x 30mm and 1.5mm thick.

'Peaks & Troughs' pendant
Try to avoid wearing your jewellery when swimming, playing sport, gardening, doing DIY or in contact with chemicals, such as household cleaning agents, etc. If you are storing your jewellery for any length of time, wrap it in tissue/cloth and seal in an airtight bag to prevent oxidation. When cleaning jewellery, never use commercial chemical jewellery-cleaners, which invariably weaken the metal and can cause damage. Simply wash in mild soapy water, rinse and wipe clean. Then lightly polish with a soft cloth (a glasses-lense cloth is ideal).
