A beautifully intricate diminutive ribbon, deeply bruised and scuffed, flattened at the edges and then twisted with a flowing split. Heavily oxidised and then slightly rubbed back and brought to a low shine. Boldly Gothic and brooding, delicate and small but with a dark Victorian feel. Hung on a 16 inch belcher chain. 24mm x 14mm and 1.5mm thick.

Try to avoid wearing your jewellery when swimming, playing sport, gardening, doing DIY or in contact with chemicals, such as household cleaning agents, etc. If you are storing your jewellery for any length of time, wrap it in tissue/cloth and seal in an airtight bag to prevent oxidation. When cleaning jewellery, never use commercial chemical jewellery-cleaners, which invariably weaken the metal and can cause damage. Simply wash in mild soapy water, rinse and wipe clean. Then lightly polish with a soft cloth (a glasses-lense cloth is ideal).
