Inspired by the brutal post-apocalyptic scape of Mad Max, this medium size tablet is brutally industrialised but boldly poetic. Deeply deeply bruised, scuffed, pitted then feathered at each edge with notches which course into the main body. Heavily oxidised and rubbed back in stages to bring out the contrast. This patina is then brought to a high shine. Brooding, dark, post-apocalyptic, the feathered serration adds refinement and light. Hung on a 16 inch belcher chain. 30mm x 20mm and 1.5mm thick.

Try to avoid wearing your jewellery when swimming, playing sport, gardening, doing DIY or in contact with chemicals, such as household cleaning agents, etc. If you are storing your jewellery for any length of time, wrap it in tissue/cloth and seal in an airtight bag to prevent oxidation. When cleaning jewellery, never use commercial chemical jewellery-cleaners, which invariably weaken the metal and can cause damage. Simply wash in mild soapy water, rinse and wipe clean. Then lightly polish with a soft cloth (a glasses-lense cloth is ideal).
