A large weighty piece, this is a bold square canvas, fashioned into a hanging framed picture. With a copper overlay riveted on top for contrast, this is is intricately textured with over 10 different stamps, bringing to life an impressionist coastal landscape. Heavily oxidised and then rubbed back in stages for detail, then brought to a high shine. Art within art. Unique and contemporary, as delicately intricate as it is bold and robust. Hung on an 18" belcher chain. (NB: due to its thickness, this piece is quite weighty). 30mm x 30mm and 2mm thick.
